Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is unopened and in its original packaging; for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been consumed or tampered with.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our distribution center.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange immediately.
